Why Acro with Family?
Flying Yoga and Acrobatics are so COOL — and deeply connecting. Kids and parents learn impressive tricks to show friends, feel the joy of achievement, and practise working together. Like yoga, acrobatics relies on alignment and body awareness. With a few simple principles, you’ll do things that look impossible to spectators — safely, step by step.
Many of us remember being lifted on our parents’ feet — that first taste of flying. Flying Yoga recreates that magic with skill, care and creativity. There’s a base (on the bottom) and a flyer (on top), and together you explore beautiful shapes and flows. Add a few more friends and… hello Human Pyramids!
How the Challenge Works
