Rainbow Yoga trainings and events are designed to be joyful, practical and human. This code helps us create learning spaces where people can participate safely, respectfully and with confidence.
Respect and inclusion
- Treat participants, trainers, venue staff and community members with dignity.
- Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation or humiliating behaviour.
- Respect differences in culture, language, identity, experience, ability, body and ways of participating.
Consent, choice and physical boundaries
- Ask before touching, assisting, photographing or recording another person.
- Accept a clear no immediately and without pressure.
- Offer and receive alternatives when an activity is not suitable, comfortable or accessible.
- Follow the trainer’s safety instructions and the rules of the venue.
Children and safeguarding
- Children’s wellbeing, privacy and dignity come before photographs, demonstrations or marketing.
- Participants must follow applicable safeguarding, reporting, supervision and professional requirements in their own role and location.
- Rainbow Yoga training does not replace regulated professional qualifications, child-protection duties, medical advice or mental-health care.
Privacy and recording
- Do not share another participant’s personal story outside the group without permission.
- Do not record training sessions, reproduce course material or distribute participant images unless Rainbow Yoga and everyone affected have expressly authorised it.
Participation and concerns
- Arrive ready to participate within your own capacity and communicate relevant access or safety needs as early as possible.
- Raise concerns privately with the trainer or contact Rainbow Yoga through the support page.
- Serious or repeated breaches may lead to removal from a session or programme where this is necessary to protect participants or the learning environment.
Refunds, transfers, cancellations and event changes are governed by the current terms supplied for the relevant purchase and by rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
