Frequently asked questions

Clear Answers Before You Register

The current product page is the source for price, availability, trainer, hours, dates, format, venue, language and certificate wording.

Which training should I choose first?

Choose Level 1 for a clear online beginning, the Full Journey when you already want Levels 1 and 2, an in-person event for embodied group learning, or specialist learning when inclusion, anatomy or advanced teaching is your priority. The training finder gives an immediate recommendation without requiring an email.

Do I need to be an experienced yoga teacher?

No prior yoga-teaching qualification is required for Level 1. Level 2 has a prerequisite, shown on its current product page. Rainbow Yoga is not built around extreme flexibility or advanced poses.

How does online study work?

The online pathways are self-paced. The current product page shows the verified approximate learning time, trainer, language and prerequisite where applicable. Access and completion instructions follow the current enrolment process after purchase.

What happens at an in-person training?

In-person learning is experiential and group based. Each current event page shows its verified trainer, dates, schedule, venue, delivery language and any online component or language support.

Does the certificate let me teach everywhere?

No. A certificate records completion of the named training. Professional registration, insurance, employment and permission to teach vary by jurisdiction, insurer, employer and professional body.

What does the Yoga Australia listing mean?

Yoga Australia currently lists Rainbow Yoga Level 1, Level 2 and Additional Needs training in its course directory. A course listing is not automatic teacher registration or guaranteed insurance.

What if cost is a genuine barrier?

You may submit a respectful payment-support request through the human-help form. Each request is considered individually and does not guarantee a discount, scholarship or approval.

Can the training help me include more children?

Rainbow Yoga can help adults adapt environment, communication, pace and activity. It does not diagnose, treat or promise to fix a child, and it does not replace qualified clinical care.
