Benjamin Hart

Benjamin Hart joined the Rainbow Tribe in 2015 when his world was forever changed in a Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training.  Having worked with children and families since his first employment, it was a natural fusion of vibrations to combine his passion for the yogic lifestyle with the healing powers of play-based co-creation.

With Yoga Alliance designations as ERYT-200, RYT 500, RCYT, & YACEP, Benjamin is honored to now be the Senior European Trainer for Rainbow Yoga, allowing him to connect with fellow super-humans across the globe who share his heart for compassionate wisdom.

Benjamin is also an ongoing student and guide for Reiki Healing, Art Therapy, and Therapeutic Guided Imagery.  His Paris-based company, Namaste Adventures, hosts weekly yoga-inspired gatherings, as well as monthly workshops and yearly 7-Elements Tuscan Yoga Retreats.

Currently Benjamin offers globally accessible online Zoom classes for his favourite practices: YogaDance, Slow Flow & Intermediate Vinyasa, Kids & Family Yoga Adventures, and Global Meditation Techniques.  Full calendar and bookings are available on the Namaste Adventures Meetup group.
