Christina believes fun, play and laughter are the keys to a happy life, no matter what age you are or what you do. Christina is a certified yoga teacher, teacher trainer and talented actress with over ten years experience working in sports, performance and education.

In 2014 Christina founded FunTheory Integrated Marketing Company. Using this medium she produces events which combine art, drama, dance, music and fitness for kids and adults. Through these fun events Christina witnessed people change the way they saw fitness and yoga, and how this changed their lives.
