Join Benjamin Hart, a Rainbow Yoga Senior Trainer and part of the Rainbow Yoga tribe since 2015, for three days of learning through movement, play and connection. Explore how to shape a class, guide a group and adapt activities to the children and families you work with.

You do not need to arrive as a polished performer. Bring curiosity, comfortable clothes and willingness to participate in ways that work for you. If access needs, experience or your intended teaching setting raise questions, speak with us before booking.
