Where should I start with kids yoga teacher training?
Level 1 is Rainbow Yoga's 50-hour online foundation for adults who want to teach children with movement, play, breathing, mindfulness and connection. Study at your own pace and complete the published course requirements for your Rainbow Yoga certificate.
Do I need to be a yoga teacher already?
No previous yoga teaching qualification or advanced flexibility is required for Level 1. It is designed for educators, parents, yoga teachers and other adults supporting children within their role.
What is the difference between Making Yoga Fun, the book and Level 1?
Making Yoga Fun is a short online introduction with 46 lessons and no teaching certificate. The Teaching Kids Yoga toolbox book is a separate resource. Level 1 is the 50-hour teacher-training foundation.
How do Level 2 and Full Journey fit?
Level 2 deepens the teaching foundation. Full Journey combines Level 1 and Level 2. If you have already studied with Rainbow Yoga, ask which option builds on your completed learning before purchasing overlapping training.
Does Class Builder replace teacher training?
No. Rainbow Yoga Class Builder supports planning and creative ideas. Teachers review and adapt plans with their own knowledge, safeguarding responsibilities and care. It can support practice during and after training.
